Flat Red... Can A hatch pull it off?

As the title says. Im supposed to pick up a hatch this weekend, def getting a paintjob but thinking... To spend less money, to not be mad when ppl who cant park hit my bumper, to not worry about harsh winters (i.e snow and road salt) and to be different... flat red 240?

I think you'd only pull it off well with some nice fitting wheels with an aggressive stance, maybe a touch of oem aero. But that color's nice, way better than flat black, so go for it if you like it man. It's your car.

first of all, thats a GTR. If that was smeared in s***, dripping with piss with a transfestite beside it, id still be wet over it. secondly i have a flat red truck- its kinda cool, no pics right now cuz its not finished but ill show you some soon. thirdly- i like rattle cans, if theyre done right. but only if theyre done right

I was lookin a car just now with flat red... id def need some wheels to make it look proper. only aero going on this thing is wats on the bottom of my silvia front bumper lol so mudflaps r the replacement for now. Im not really making nico decide 4 me just wanted to see what some of yall thought. Only a few ppl who's opinion really make the difference if i do it or not, i already asked, n they said go 4 it.

No rattle can, its gonna be professionally done, and do post pics when that truck is all said and done.

doesnt look so much flat as satin on that GTR...

given that im honestly not too fond of the car's body lines (sorry!) and it looks good to me, i would certainly give it a shot.

if your wheel fitment and aero selection is bangin (oem or otherwise)you could pull off a flat red with no problem.

i.e. this pink would look hideous on a 4x4 stocker... but on this jdm queen its sublime.

You know to professionally paint a car a flat color (to look good like that GTR) it'll cost just as much as a real paint job...if not more.

It will probably be unique and would definitely look good with the right wheel/tire combination. Maybe a Xenon lip too ?

Flat , Satin , matte , whatever you want to call it, Looks STUPID on cars. The ONLY exception would be old old old rat rod kind of cars.

I wish people would stop ruining their car with this new "trend".

If you want your car to look stupid, flat it.If you want it to look like a real car, clear it.
