blitz make a product like this... this will just make your pedal more sensitive so that full throt will be like half way down to the floor. yes it will work on a cvt... its overwriting the electronic pedal.

our cars only allow like 80% throttle or something past 90 MPH. The blitz one wont give full throttle with the CVT transmission. It will make the pedal more sensitive and give full throttle as in the pedal being all the way down but it wont give full throttle as in 100% past 90 MPH..... 90 MPH, 80%, not exactly sure about the numbers but something like that, or so I've heard.

You can with MTX, I enabled it in my UpRev tune, works great.

Yeah, from what I know, uprev is the only way to allow WOT on CVT.
