flashing top light

06 350z conv. with top close, still shows flashing light. Open top and there are 3 latches(one on each end and one in the middle) the middle one seems to be not line-up(if i push on the handle I can see the middle latch move) as the two end ones, Now is that a shaft problem? Or can I try and turn the latch Cw to match the 2 end ones? If not whats the cost to replace all 3?
