Ok so I redid valve cover gaskets, PVC valve,plugs and boots, knock sensor ,spliced pigtail in for knock sensor (old one fell apart when I revived the intake mani, new o rings on injectors new hose from pvc new breather hose from cover to cover put all back together cranked engine over its idling rough and flashing service engine light could this indicate a misfire? I don't have a scanner safe to drive to mechanic 5 miles away? Dont want to burn the cat .all answers are greatly appreciated. Thank y'all in advance

Continuously flashing MIL always indicates a misfire, it has no other meaning.

If it wasn't doing that before the repair, then check whatever you touched. I know on some Pathies it's possible to get certain coil connectors swapped, I'd start there.

Ok thank you vstar plenum back off I guess I'm gonna start pulling plugs to see if they are wet

Any luck solving the check engine light?

Mine is doing this. I just replaced all the spark plugs. I’m hoping replacing the ignition coil on #6 solve this issue
