Flashing lights on radio display and four-ways

Quick question: I have a 2009 Nissan Rogue SL and I just replaced the battery. I was told by the Nissan mechanic that there is no reset needed after replacing the battery. when I start my car, it starts up and drives fine, however periodically the radio display will flash and so will my four ways along with a clicking sound. Any ideas? Again power is there, starts fine engine wise and doesn't ever sound or feels like it is losing power when I am driving.
