The only thing that is recommended to try is to wipe down the sonar sensors, or get a car wash. Otherwise your best bet is to call the dealer and get it taken care of. The owners manual doesn't offer any help/trouble shooting options. It just states that their "may be" a malfunction in the system. See page 5-48 in the manual.
