Flasher location on 1996 Q45

I searched but no matches. I have a 1996 Q45 that left turn signal is flashing but "fast" vs normal. Before I buy a replacement flasher, where is it located? Under dash or under hood? Thanks in advance

99.999999% of the time, it is NOT the flasher, but one of the bulbs- replace both front and rear bulbs and see if it cures your problem.

Ditto on the cause more likely being a bad bulb. The flasher is under the dash near the steering wheel. You can find the location in the factory service manual available at www.nicoclub.com/FSM/
