Drop the lower driver dash cover. Two phillips screws on upper and lower right of panel. Remove two 10mm bolts holding brake release on left side of panel. Remove two 10mm bolts for hood release on left of panel. Pop panel off. Now on right upper side almost against side of radio there's a black relay. This is the flasher relay.
