Hell yeah. ROADTRIP..

Actually, I figure you guys who got cheated should get together and hire a lawyer. Then sue their asses.

Or.. you could do the manly thing and show up at their warehouse.... :)

Oh. I didn't realize they were out of the country. If you had it imported, you'd have to pay customs fees. So in the end, it may end up being around the price to buy one in the US.

OK, OK... Let's not go crazy. I think we all know what's up with FO.

There are other alternatives. For what it's worth, if someone wants to buy a clip from Cam, I MAY be able to go check it out and take pics (just cover my mileage and maybe $20 for my time).

I bought a clip from them. It was a very scary process. I wire transfered them money and then waited for months. I had to fill out and send them an order form like 4 times. I'm still not sure exactly what date they sent my motor out. but i placed to order in late august and it finally came in december of 03. while it was being shipped all i could do was just wait. I had no way of tracking the shipment other than it was somewhere across the pacific. i was the most nerve racking months of my life. when i placed the order i also was supposed to get the driveshaft. a Mines ECU and a/c components.

when i finally got my clip, it wasn't really a clip. i got the parts from a clip but i didn't actually get the front frame of the car. i got all the major components i needed but cut out of a clip. I was pissed but i'm just happy i finally got it. And as the saying goes, "you get what u pay for." But i didn't get my Mines ECU or my driveshaft. I am currently working that out with them. Another thing weird with them is that my shipment seemed to be piece together from a parts bin or something, cuz it came with what looks like to be a auto transmission control box(even tho i got a manual transmission) and the dash gauge assembly also from an auto transmission car(cuz they is a gear indicator column goin down the middle of it).

All in all the experience, was not the greatest but i got it and even tho i didn't get the driveshaft it's not gonna mess me up with my swap too much. now what is messing me up is the condition of the harness... it's all messed up and frayed but hopefully the guy that's doing it can over come this problem.

Anyways, in case ur wondering i ended up paying 2850(USD1750 + USD580) for the engine and the oversea's shipping then, when I got here i had to pay another 400 for customs and shipping to me (houston, TX) so it equals out to the same amount as buying it in the states i think. i havent' looked at prices lately so i could be wrong.
