I thought the neck on the 25 gear was different so thats why so many had to use the cable driven gear. I kno 20s is the same, but the 25 is different, so Im guessing no.

So what shall i do to fix the speedo? Is there a way to modify the stock speedo to read normal? Im trying to get around biting the bullet of sending it to LS Auto.

I think he has an RB25 speed sensor, but he is looking to use his SOHC sensor to get his stock speedo to work. If that is the case, I would send it off to LS Auto or I believe CarlH does this mod too?? I can't remember, he's so damned resourceful.

You can also get a speedo signal modifier from dakota digital.

Just get the Dakota Digital signal modifier....

I got it and it works great. It's probably 1-2 mph off at 65mph.

I'll check the settings and post them tonight if anybody is interested.

Yes, Carl does them. He did mine. It is spot-on.
