FL40A Rad Fan fuse/circuit

I have a parasitic draw in my 2003 Infiniti QX4. Did a draw test and found that the draw is coming from the FL40A Rad Fan circuit. I can't find this circuit anywhere in the wiring diagram. Plus, it's a pulley driven fan - not electric. Does anyone know what else is on this circuit? Thanks!

Correction - it is the "FL40A BAT" fuse/circuit.
