$1800 aeh.....How much do you think I could get one installed for?......I need some boost bad! I'm almost ready to go that route. Do you have their info?

The red tops are early year model engines with the lower boost and put out 205ish right?

Would a L.S.D. be in the package also?

Thanks,

Justin

Sorry I wasn't able to go to Jupiter guys, but I'll see you guys Thursday. Are we for sure meeting up at Lyngate this time? Does it light up at night? If there's no lights, then I know another park we can go to.

EDIT: Justin, their site is JDMofMiami.com but you'll most likely have to call them. They have more info at SFL240SX.com since they're an authorized vendor. I know that it does NOT include a LSD. I know they don't do installations either, and most places charge $1000-$1500 for that. You could also do it yourself and save that money.

see my sig? i installed that in 3 days fighting rain in my driveway with my buddy cory... do it yourself its a GREAT learning experience... im sure people would be willing to help. i see it to be better that way cause you will learn about the engine as you install it. do NOT get it from JDM Miami tho... i dont trust them.... get a full front clip for 2500... it would be more worth it cause you will get EVERYTHING YOU NEED and sometimes, you even get brake upgrades, fmic etc! just think about it a little bit

Phil, I met the owner personally, what are you talking about?!

Oh and they have front clips as well.

I'll be back later.

looks like everyone has their personal believes and input on what they think would be a good place or not a good place etc...

but the safest way i would have to agree about would be buying the front clip and inspecting it urself as well...(note: have to know a lil bit about engines in general to know what to inspect b4 buying an engine)

but its true u get all the parts u need in case u need something else to swap into in case something is not working when u try and swap it out.

Thanks for the opinions! I'm looking to do something in the next few months "fo-sho". I don't have excessive cash though. So I'm looking for all the help I can get. I'm not against putting it in myself, I've never done it but I have all the tools and time to get it done. I have pulled a few Honda engines in my past. So it's prolly not much differant.

If you guys are getting together Thursday...someone call me and get me directions. I'm new here.

Turn a bottle of clutch fluid upsidedown in the rez. and proceed to bleed the system. If this doesnt help, go to discount and get a new slave. Also check the master for leaks, but it sounds like the slave has air, or finaly took a dump on you.

just ignore this post guys...thanks(this work computer sucks!!!)

Both Bell and Goodman are very known artistist that have very good points on the subject of art. Here I will explain how both of these two artistist have points that very different from one another. Bell goes on the subject of "Significant form", while Goodman goes on the subject of "Representation and Symbolism". These two points are very different from one another, While Significant Form relies on combination of lines and colors, while Representation and Symbolism relies on weather the art critic knows how to judge art or not.

Bell backs up the theory of "Significant Form", this is when a pieace of art relies on the combination of lines and colors. Formalism is the key to this theory, where everything on the piece of art has a flow to everything and one object in the piece of art goes with another object in the piece of art. Bell goes on explaining these theory that you dont have to be an artist to be able to make a piece of art, Bell explains that nature has a Significant form that can be a work of art on its own. Hence, that the person making this piece of art does not have to be a artist to be able to make a piece of art. Bell also continues on going on about how representation can be mis-guiding. Bells explains that the person observering the piece of art can be mis-guiding on how the person observing the piece of art will try to relavate the piece of art to something else. The reason why this can be mis-guiding is because they cannot see the pure form of the piece of art and will try to associate the piece of art to something that has no relavience to the original piece of art.

Goodman on the other hand argues this point and explains that Formalism and trying to find the "Significant Form" are much to difficult to the average person. Goodman goes on about how the only the lines and colors of the piece of art will have relavience to something else outside the piece of art. So Goodman is aruging that the "Significant Form" is irrelavant and mis-leading to the unexperienced art observer. Goodman says that art must have either representation, expression, or exemplification to be considered art. Goodman also explains that a piece of art can also not be a piece of art. If you take a toilet and put it in a art museum, it will be considered a piece of art, but on the other hand, if you take that same toilet and put it in your living room it will not be considered a piece of art. this way of thinking from Goodman is called exemplifying symbol .

In conclusion, I think that Goodman has a better perspective on art rather then Bell, they both have very good theory's and the subjct of art, but I think that Goodman has a much better perspective. While Bell thinks that anything can be considered art, Goodman brings up the idea of exemplifying symbol, The idea of this is much more clear to me rather then Bell's explanation of it.

lol...I agree with Goodman's POV, I think it should be up to the viewer or the creator to decide what artwork is! Because as soon as a governing body labels Art into a stereotypical catagory the thought behind the originality is stolen away. Just let people make, create, and design the things that make there lives worthwhile!
