update #7

After my Versa being at the dealer for 2 days they said they couldn't fine anything wrong ! But they went ahead and ordered the FL strut (something i told them to do in the first place.) Free of charge, OMG thats right! They covered the left strut under warranty, but not the right one... So we will see when they get it in and if this actually was the problem, if not its time for a new dealer.

I still think it's time for a new dealer any way you slice it.

LAME!

Your dealer fails at all things business related. That is NOT how Nissan does business. Period. Take a road trip, we will get you covered at my dealership.

I would never return to that dealer again, and make sure NNA knows this. I got lucky, my dealer kicks a$$ (as far as I'm concerned). So far, they've done me right.

So did you get back the money they charged you for the other strut? What happened to your case with NNA?

Update #9

Well i pick my car up ...again after it sitting there overnight....again.

My service consultant tells me that the FL strut was indeed shot, it was leaking (amazing) so i had thought the problem had been solved. I leave Nissan...

And i go to my school parking lot (right around the corner) go over a speed bump "CLUNK" "&^%$" so i bring it right back to Nissan and he said that there isnt much more that they can do to fix the car (besides replace the whole front suspension). So he tells me to call Nissan and send down one of there local engineers to come for a drive with me to hear the noise. He also told me to check out the Florida lemon laws.. My mom will be calling nissan on monday and checking out the lemon laws... We shall see

Wow, that's just shocking.

Good luck getting it sorted out, push for getting your money back, or getting a new V.

For those of you who are hoping that CodeRed gets a new car under the lemon law, remember that that may be more costly for him that what he has already paid. In most states, the company is only required to pay you what the retail price for the car is WITH THE MILEAGE THAT IT CURRENTLY HAS ON IT, I.E. retail price as a used car.

You only want to use the lemon law if your car IS actually a lemon, not in the case where your dealer is just a moron.

CodeRed - I hope the Nissan engineer can help you sort this out. Also, I hope that NNA forces the dealer's hand and makes them give you a refund of the unnecessary work they charged you for.
