our body shop just got a 'wrecked' vert. it was hit basically all down the drivers side. i need a door and black power door panel for starters, or i will be drilling out the spot welds on the inside of the door and making a regular door into a convertible one. and is there a door popper thing on verts? i noticed this and it looks stock, but i have never seen it on a hatch or coupe. also, is there a common reason why the top wont go down? i havent looked into this much but its worth a shot. and is there any way to replace the rear window in the soft top? ours is cracked and faded...

any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance

this will be for sale once its fixed 93 white 157k miles, automatic. salvage title. no rust, clean interior (drivers side seat is NOT torn or worn at all) not sure of what boss will want to get for it yet...

is the pump running? does it have fluid? is the valve switched on? are the fuses good? I'd check those first for the top.

as for the door i can get you a white one with the panel (panel is messed up) but you'd have to pay for shipping from TX. there is no door popper thing thats just a funky little switch the verts use for the door switch and it works pretty poorly, they are prone to failure.

the back window is called the "curtain" or rear window. its a separate piece you can buy and install w/out taking the whole thing apart. so i've been told.

I searched around a bit and found a better door, drivers side right? it looks pretty clean. the inside panel is nice, BUT someone covered the insert in red vinyl (gay).

anyway for the whole door with interior panel, glass, everything, they want $100. Thats not too cheap but its not that bad either. Of course doors are heavy, especially convertible ones, so I'd expect shipping to be a good bit (I may have to get it shipped freight), and I'll probably tack on a handling fee for my part in picking it up and packing it off... so I'd estimate the total to be at least $200 or so. If you are interested let me know.
