fixing timing chain rattle

Guys i know this has been discussed alot but i want to fix the timing chain rattle. I just want to know what exactly do i have to replace? just the chain and the guides? or anything else. and where could i get these parts for the cheapest?

Go with OEM nissan parts if you are going to do it. I bought a cheap tensioner and chain set that lasted a few months untill one of the tensioners went bad again. Check the board sponsors, many or them orrer a discount. Also there are many FSM on CD floating around, that would be the best manual. Nick

k thnx, i got an FSM already. So all i have to replace is the chain and all the tensioners?

Here is the complete timing kit.

You won't need belts, water pump, t-stat, or silicone gasket. You don't need those its just recognmended you change all of them. Also go and get blue silicone RTV from the parts store its cheaper instead of the stuff they are selling.
