Fixing the sunvisor

So my driver's side sunvisor has been broken since I got my QX4 in late 2017. It's broken right by where it attaches to the headliner.
Can someone please advise on how I can take it apart so that I may replace it? Do I just need to buy a used sunvisor or do I need any additional components?
Are these back compatible with 01-03 Pathfinders as well?

There should be a cover on the bracket that you can remove to expose screws, you should be able to just remove those screws and then replace with the new visor.

The QX4 and Pathfinder visors are exactly the same. There are a few used tan visors on ebay right now or of course you can check around auto salvage yards.

Thanks! Just one more questions - did the visors change during the model year refresh? Some of the e-bay sellers have theirs listed at '98-'01. Would this work on my '02 QX4?
