fixing a s13 front end...

i have a 1991 s13. it had a messed up front end so im working on fixing it. i put a fender on it and the light mechanisms. but for some reason the passenger side light is messed up. heres some pics. if u would please tell me wuts wrong with this pic. if its the light or the bracket.
