You might be able to jb weld it. you could take it to a welder and have them patch it up. That will hold better. Where is the hole at?

it is the top right facing the radiator as if something brushed against it and its a little pierced. but its really small like a pin hole and releases air like if i boost leak test to 7 psi then it takes 15 sec to all leak out.

lol I need to do this some time boost drops from anything to 5 psi.... its the intercooler I have stupid sr smic I knew when it had a 2psi drop.

its not too bad if th eholes are small, just use some rtv or jbweld that bia, jb stick is good for radiators and thats basically what an IC is..... just spray some "aluminum" paint on that bad boy and go to town

Man for that, all you would need is ANYONE who can use a tig machine and some aluminum filler rod, and it would be sealed for the life of the IC.

Yeah, if you can, just find somewhere to weld it up real quick. shouldn't cost anything really.

80 to fix a small pin hole. forget that i just used some quick steel. works like a charm. i basicly rolled it to a size of a be-be and plugged it.

Sand the area and J-B weld it. I had a boat motor with a crack in the block at the cylinder and JB'd it and it worked fine , sold it and was running a year later.

Man if someone is charging you 80 bucks to fix a hole then either they are retarded or Just flat out trying to rip you off. I got my down pipe fabbed up, had them put o2 sensor bungs on it, and had them weld up a flange for my BOV on my IC piping. ALL that cost me 80. This was just at an exhaust/fabrication shop.

a propane torch, an aluminum filler rod...done and done. DIY man...it's to easy not to do.
