OK I lost my brake booster, the diaphrahm most have torn (I heard it pop while braking, now I have manual brakes, and when I push the pedal I hear a hissing from the brake booster and my vaccuum drops to 10 hg/mm.

I just left it that way since I don't drive it too much and I have another car I'm building and this one will be gone soon. Then it started blowing off the vaccuum hose going to the brake boost, at that joint the hose has in the middle. So I put a hose clamp on it and tightened it down. Every since then my car backfires and runs like ****, especially when cold... its so bad you can barely give it any throttle ... its hard to merge into traffic and stuff. If you just mash it once you get above a few thousand rpms, sometimes it will kick like a mother and start winding it out like normally, but you can still hear it back firing on the way up.

I'm thinking I might have accidentially messed with the wire to the 02 sensor when messing with the hose... anyone have any suggestions? I'm going to check it tonight or tomorrow.

IF you jacked the O2 wire, you won't be able to revv at all. I accidentaly left mine unhooked once, and I thought that my car was gonna 'splode LOL.
