Well I don't know if other people have this problem, but everytime I'd shift or let off the gas the HKS bypass valve I use would just flutter and cause compressor surge and it would suck in between shifts. So, I determined the problem was that the vacuum line feeding the bypass valve was split too many ways. The line that was feeding the bypass valve also fed the FPR and the boost gauge. It doesn't seem like much, but it was enough to make it not work. I put the boost gauge and fpr on their own fitting and put the bypass on its own vac line dedicated to it and now it makes a beautiful "whoosh" that is smooth and the car is much quicker and smoother to drive.

The same thing applies to wastegates, they should always be on a vac line with nothing at all T'd off of it, and not tiny vac line either.

Just thought I'd throw out a little useful info to those that may be having problems like this.

Yeah thats the same way I did it. I never run BOV or wastegates with T's on them I just run em straight to the ITM. Mine fluttered alot then I realized that when I bought my BOV the person before me had it adjusted ALL the way down. A$$ must have been running 30lbs. of boost.-Alex
