fixed headlights?

are there any other fixed headlight kits for the S13 other than the east bear one? i really like the eastbear kit but it would be better, i think, if it had like a plexiglass covering over the lights. and what is the cheapest s13 conversion you guys have ever seen. in the old SCC where they did theirs they said they got all the nessasary body panels from venus auto for $500? is that right?
