fix it ticket

yeah i was driving to go get some water and a cop pulled me over cuz he thought i was stealing in an industrial area and he found out i wasnt so he wrote me a fix it ticket saying i have a defective exhaust when i just freakin bought it the exhaust system is a topfuel

what should i do

the cop was being a whiney d!ck. I say if you can, fight it. otherwise, you have to go to a check station and have it sound tested to see if its too loud.
