2004 Quest and all the fold down arm rests in this van are drooping below the horizontal plane. Meaning they point down more than they are horizontal to the floor. I can't imagine they came this way from the factory?

I took off the bolts and pulled 2 of the arm rests to see why they are sagging but can't figure it out. There's a bolt hold in the side of the seat with a metal post that the arms go onto, with a meetal guide plate in the arm rest itself. Neither seem to be damaged or bent. Is there a fix for this?

I had the same problem, finally got around to fixing it. I initially tried swapping armrests (put passenger on driverside, visa versa), but that only helped a little bit. My backyard mechanic instinct then kicked in...I took a hammer and pounded the metal post that you also have...pounded it forward. It took a bit, but I think I muscled it to where the armrest is now horizontal. Good luck!
