Fitting cruise control onto a 200sx with CA in

Hi everybody. I'm from the uk and over here our cars don't have cruise control fitted. Ive got a 200sx S13 which has the CA in as standard.

I'm coming to America in two weeks and would like to source all the bits to fit cruise control. So far i know i need the steering wheel and control unit, im not entirely sure how it all goes together at the moment though.

Can anybody provide a list of parts required to get the cruise control up and running.

Also would anybody be willing to sell me the parts.
