fitting a CA exhaust on an SR

ive asked this on various different forums and people are just throwing guesses at me, has anyone on here done a CA to SR convesion and had trouble fitting the exhaust, if u did what was involved?

the exhaust i have is a complete straight through system from turbo elbow to back

the only thing you might have problems with is the down pipe

I ran an SR exhaust on my CA and didnt run into any problems.

h i was told id have some trouble with the flange to the turbo elbow.

i was told i would probebly need to cut the flange off turn it slightly to line up with the elbow and then weld it back on, is this correct?
