Now, I know these type of question are beaten like a dead horse, but I need to know for sure. I'm about ready to put down some serious power, in turn I need some serious traction, in order to cut some serious times. The car will be for all sorts of motorsports, but this question is mainly for drag racing. As for wheels I already know what I want to run which are 5zigen FN-01RCs 17x9 +15 up front and 17X10 +12 in the rear, I already know these will fit with proper modfications. My question is, will a 315/35-17 fit in the rear? Is possible to fit such a wide tire? (it's a bfg drag radial btw)

I'd go with the +25 in the rear with that tire.

But with the ride height a drag spring needs I'd say you'd have enough camber gain to clear that tire with a 30mm pull.

I forgot to mention that I was going with 50mm overfenders for the car. So I will have enough clearance w/o going too crazy with the camber?

Yeah, +12s then, 50s will clear anything.
