Fitment question

I'm looking into buying 16x7 wheels with +38 offset and 225/50/R16 tires all around. I have a stock suspension. Will these fit good without any rubbing on anything and is that a good tire size for the wheels? I have a 1992 s13.

And why is that? Can you be a little more specific, I really don't know much about all this. What offset should I be looking at getting if I want to get this tire size and wheel size?

around +15 on the offset

youd be better with at least a 7.5 inch wide wheel though
