fitment question for 06' M45

Ok, before I complete my purchase on a new set of wheels. I'd like to ask if I would have any fitment issues running the size of wheels I'm planning to purchase for my wifes M45. She's on tein springs now.

Front 19X9.5 +12
Rear 19X10.5 +12

If anybody is running the same spec wheels, could you please post a few pics?

That will be super aggressive and will probably need fender mods. I'm running 20x10.5 +45 in the rear and it pokes out past the fender already.

Would it be better if I run 9.5 instead of 10.5 in the rear then? I don't want any fender work.
