fitment concern w/ my HS header!!

ok i jus got my hs header for my 91 240 in the mail about an hour ago, now where the secondary pipe conects w/ the end of the header pipe it is not two flanges but the secondary pipe has a ever so slighty wider pipe which is supposed to slide over the header pipe. my problem is that i cant quite seem to get it to slide over the header pipe. I just bought this so im assuming it the most up date version HS has. so let me know whats up peeps!

If it's 2-piece, it's NOT the newest design. Try a little WD40 to wedge it in place.

ahh sorry guys i got it on, a little wd40 and rubber mallet did the trick just fine. But anyway i bought the header from stillen for 345 to the door

Yes, latest design is much better quality, full one-piece. Better coating too, mine looks like hell after 4 years.

Well I have had mine for about 6 mounths and Im very happy with it. it works great with nissmo cams.
