Alright guys... the real world calls.

Looks like my days in my Altima are numbered. Allow me to give you the abridged version:
1) I am a drummer.
2) I am a hockey player.
3) My other car is a 370Z.

I am looking at selling one coupe in order to get something more practical for daily driving/moving gear. This means sell one of the following:

1) 2010 Altima Coupe 3.5 SR 6MT
2) 2010 370Z 40th Anniversary Edition 6MT

Which one would you sell? (there is an obvious answer to this question).

So... given any of you were in my situation, I'm gauging ideas. Here is my criteria for the Altima's replacement.

1) At least four doors.
2) If it is a truck, I have no transmission preference, as you typically don't get much of a choice depending on the truck.
3) If it is a car, it must be fairly fuel efficient (I get around 27 mpgs on my work commute with the AC), and MUST be a MANUAL TRANSMISSION.
4) Must be the same or cheaper than the Altima MSRP-wise (read:<= $30,000)
5) Can be new or used.
6) Must be Japanese (read: not German or American based.)

What would you get?

Well easy choice...sell the AC. if you keep it then get a DD you in all honesty have 2 DD's. The Z is a sports car and the AC isnt. As for a replacement then go with an Evo...

Evo doesn't get good mileage. Get a Mazda 3 5door hatch or the Mazda speed3 ( idk if the mpgs are good on the speed3)
I would get the previous generation over the current one.

Thats not a terrible idea actually. My girl just picked up a loaded 3 Sedan for around $23,000, the hatch is slightly more expensive. And when I say loaded, I meand loaded. Nav, Bose sound w/Bluetooth, leather, heated seats, dual zone climate control, adaptive projector headlights (point in the direction you are turning), LED tails, etc., etc., etc. As long as the hatch gives you the hauling space you need should be a pretty good fit. I fit my Borla exhaust in the original shipping box in her backseat and we also put a 50" plasma in the trunk with the seats folded and it stuck out just a tad.

If you are strictly concerned with moving gear, Id check out Honda Element (do they still make them?). Back when I was DJing a lot I hauled TONS of stuff in my friends Element. Not sure if you carry PAs and other equipment with the drums, but it worked for us pretty well. Had rubberized floor too so you never ruined any trim or upholstery if you were careful.

WRX hatch? Super fun and incredibly practical. The only reason I'm still here is because WRXs cost about 35% more in Canada, and come equipped worse.

The only downside is the fuel economy, but common, it's worth it.

No offense - already had a Jetta. Will NEVER have a VW EVER again. Pile of garbage after 30,000 miles.

Honestly - the Mazda 3 Wagon SkyActiv has caught my eye (40 MPG HWY for a non-hybrid!). Thought about looking toward a Hyundai model as well.

Lots of guys on here go TSX after their coupes. Anyone else noticed this?

I agree with the TSX.
I was considering buying one when I bought my coupe.
