First trip with the 09 sedan....600 miles

SO... I just did a little 600mil trip this weekend. The car was fun.

I do have .... 3 wishes...

More power!! (now, I typically drive a 500hp truck or 430hp SUV) So this little 122hp is a huge adjustment. I had to turn the a/c off at one point to make a pass on a 2 lane road around a camper.

Less wind noise: seems at speed the car picks up some wind noise and the drive train is a tad buzzy.

Better handling: The car dives on the brakes and rolls in the turns excessively. This will be fixed with springs and several braces in-route.

the good news: lots of room for small size, great MPG, A/C worked great (did have tinted glass) and the 6 speed was fun to drive.

Personally, it's the smoothest and quietest econocar I've ever been in. I'm coming from a 96 Dodge Neon so if you've ever driven a first gen Neon, then you know the noise comparison. The engine noise is a mild complaint for people with the 6 speed. I don't notice with my CVT turning the engine at 2,500 RPM at 70mph.

Glad you had a fun trip with it though.
