First trip to the doctors office

So, took my car into the shop for it's first O/C, I bought the car 3 months ago at the dealership and e-mailed some minor issues to be corrected the first visit. Well the S/A that I spoke to went out to the car, I followed because I wanted to address the other issues. I began to tell him about the hard water spots on my car that will not come out. Sir, I can't see what you are talking about and if I can't see it we can't fix it. I explained the car needs glazed, polished and waxed to remove the spots. In his defense, they are minor but I am a Zaino-a-holic who washes my car 1-2 times a week, along with applying several coats of Zaino and Z-9. This is Monday, I still do not have my car by the way... Wednesday he contacts me and tells me it will be a couple of days. Whatever... Today I call them, Hey, where is my car? Oh, let me check on it, the S/A will call you back. He calls, I ask where is my car, he says body shop I ask when will it be ready, he says a couple of days. I ask, so.......... My car has been sitting idle for 3 days because the only other thing that needed to be done was the oil changed. At 6:00 on the dot tonight he calls and tells me my car just rolled up, I am picking it up tomorrow morning.

Side note, I asked him about the car is shifting VERY aggressively and he explained someone was working on a software fix and it would be out next year. Had that been me in his chair, I would have never said something like that.

I appreciate the agresive shifting but feel it would be better fit in D/S mode. Sometimes you just want to roll smoooooth.

I've used two dealerships in the last 2.5 years and have been happy with both. Maybe I'm just lucky.

i actually drive past the closest dealership to me to go to another one 35 more minutes away because the service is better... sad but true...
