That sounds like a good deal to me!
I just helped my mom buy a new 2007 Toyota Camry XLE with a window sticker of $31204, I got them to give her the car for $24,800. Invoice was $28800! Toyota gave $1000 rebate.
Don't get attached to one car. Pick a price you want to pay and stick to it. If you have to walk away walk away 9 times out of 10 the dealership will call you back in a couple days and try to get the sale at the price you were willing to pay. If there are new 07's at your dealership they need to move those cars before January or the dealership will have to buy them and move them to the used car lot or make them loaners.
I bought my 2004 Dodge Ram new for $21500 out the door it had a window sticker of $32000.
I bought my 07 Sequoia for $36,800 it had a window sticker of $44,300 back in November of 06.
I bought my 07 G35 for $32000 out the door it had a sticker of $36000.
The way I start to buy a car is by emailing all the dealerships fleet department and playing them against each other. Look at cars you don't want to buy that are comparible. Like when we bought the Sequoia we looked at Acura MDX's and kept getting Acura and Toyota to come down in price to beat each other.
