first time trying to start s13 sr in s14

well i think i have everything done that i should have. i got in the car and i tried to crank it, but NOTHING. the cluster lights came on and the power windows go down, but VERY SLOWLY and they wont go back up. i know its not the battery because i used a different and bigger fully working battery. IT IS MY FIRST SR SWAP. so i need some help here on what it could be.

well a little facts:1997 s14auto to 5 speedusing s13 sr engine harness wired for s14using auto s14 lower harnesss13 blacktop

P.S. the wire with the circle and two little tabs on the side is for the alternator right? and the other plain circle one is for the starter?
