#1 is a plug that comes from something under the intake manifold. I don't have a plug on my harness that goes to it.

#2 is from the charcoal canister. It is the bigger of the two lines. The smaller one I know goes to the nipple under the throttle body.

This is a 90 coupe so it had the SOHC motor in it if that helps. Thanks,

If you look on top of the throttle body you will see a larger nipple and a smaller nipple. The larger nipple will go to that carbon canister line.

In regards to that harness. Can you give close up shot of the front of the intake manifold?

Here it is. I read in the forums that the larger of the two nipples on top goes to the BOV. Do I tee it and go to both? The smaller of the two top nipples will go to my boost gauge, correct?

The top two nipples are both pulling vacuum/boost with the intake manifold. Generally, the smaller one goes to the Fuel pressure regulator since that vacuum hose is small. And you can T off that larger nipple to the BOV and the vacuum canister if you want. Hell, you can even cap that lower nipple and not T off the larger nipple and totally remove the carbon canister if you want, which is what I recommend.

It appears that the unlabeled harness is an aftermarket coolant temp sensor wire or boost pressure sensor. Can you not follow that harness all the way down? That plug looks IDENTICAL to one of the plugs on my old Greddy E-01 Boost Controller I used to have. And with that wiring to that plug being so new and tight, I highly doubt it is OEM.

It is possible that it goes to a boost controller. The guy I bought it from had all kinds of extras with it. Greddy front mount, new Greddy valve springs, Greddy rocker arm stoppers, Hks SSQV, Apexi RSM, Koyo radiator and a Greddy remote oil filter setup. He may have sold the boost controller seperately. Which bring me to my next question: I dont have a boost controller and have an HKS wastegate actuator on the stock T25. How much boost will this run? 11, 12 psi?

If you look at the last pic I posted there is a small two prong plug dangling nest to the timing tensioner. Where does this go? Or is it a plug for the stock boost sensor?

Sorry if I got a bunch of stoopid questions but this is my first SR swap and first turbo car. I had my wife help me pull the KA and my bro in law came down last weekend and helped me stab it in. I have done everything myself but rebuild the head. I even did the wiring harness myself. I HATE wiring. I am still doing wiring for dual electric fans and gauges. Sheeeesh. Thanks for the help I really want to get this thing running before I deploy to Iraq for the third time. I only have about two weeks left and would like to enjoy my car if I can before I go.
