Post

Hi everyone, jus joined this forume here and after count-less weeks and months of researching on the internet and other forums I am need of help from anyone experienced in sr20det swaps in 240's. I have a 1995 Nissan 240sx base model with an s14 sr20det swapped into it. The problem is I cant get it to start but it cranks. Right now there is no fuel or spark. My fuel pump which is a walboro one works and primes strong since I hard wired it but took it out to see if it would work with the ecu. I have used 2 black wc ecus. The first one was modded to use with a z32 maf, (might have other mods but the label in the back was in japaese) it had a wire leading to a toggle switch coming out the back. The other ecu is jus a stock black wc ecu i bought thinking that the first one might be bad. The modded ecu didnt even get the fuel pump to prime at all and no spark. The second one had the fp priming for like 3 secs and trips the relay turning off the pump. ( so the stock ecu might be working since it did get the fp relay to click?). I have checked the fp relay the ignition relay and the eccs relays by hooking them up to a battery and checking for cont. with a multimeter and it all sounded the alarm for having cont. I have the b/y sr20 fp relay wire going to the b/p fp relay wire that I jus twisted them together for a temporary time. I checked the b/w wires pin # 49 and 59, ecu power all the way to the eccs relay and ig. relay and found no damage or loose wiring. None of the ecu's led light comes on when i switch the ig. to the on position. I'm going crazy trying to get this thing going ( because anyone who ever done this swap knows how spendy it could be) I would be grateful for any kind of help and advice, please feel free to ask any questions about the swap.
