I did a search and did some reading and it lead me to some questions. First off here is what i have in my garage

S13 Complete motor set (in transit) from Enjuku RacingKoyo Alluminum Radiator (for sr20 application)JUN Cromolly FlywheelEnjuku stageII clutch (Pretty sure it's an EXEDY part)Greddy downpipeWallbro 255lph (already in car)JDM 180 VLSD (alrready in car) from Marco Vargas (SR20store)Battery relocation kit (already in car)

I am still researching IC's (I'm thinkin' greddy) and i definately want a Blitz BOV.

My questions:What exactally makes the KA Fan shourd not work properly? Is it trying to use the shroud with the stock KA radiator and the SR20? If so will mine line up because i have the JDM radiator? If not i'm going to try the ghetto fierro one. Then break down and get a good dual electric setup. I really prefir the sotck clutch fan though because i live in the south.

Also the Blitz BOV kit looks like it comes with a sort of short straight pipe. Will that get me from the turbo to the Greddy IC? If not is anyone selling the pipes to get me there?

Thanks for the help sorry about the spelling

the straight pipe wont get you to the greddy ic pipe...you'll need a stock hotpipe, or a copy....we, and others sell the hotpipe with the blow off valve mounted on it...you can look at http://www.phase2motortrend.com for a picture of the piping....then that will meet up w/ the greddy kits pipes.

Rob, I have a stock hotpipe that the blitz BOV you are talking about fits in to. That will get you from the Turbo to the IC. Let me know if you are interested and make me an offer. I have no idea what it is worth. I also have the coldpipe and stock sidemount, but if you are getting a big intercooler, you probably don't want it...

I wanted to use my stock clutch fan aswell, but, couldnt find the right parts to make it work. Instead I got two 14" Permacool electric fans, and right now I am making a custom fan shroud out of thin aluminum. A good fan shroud is definitly important.

Get a Blitz FMIC. At least you'll get instructions with that kit, and it doesn't have the stupid recirc valve outlet.

And the "straight pipe" you mentioned with the BOV kit is the hot pipe section replacement for the stock hotpipe. It's like a foot long, and will never make it to the IC piping.
