First I would like to say hello, and I do not own a 350Z..yet. I have been wanting one for the last couple of years and have finally got to the point where I can buy one. The car I am looking at is a 2007 Grand Touring, black with a little over 19,000 miles, w/ nav. The price tag is $29k. It is in good shape with a minor scratch on the driver door. I took the car for a test drive today and had a blast. My question is, given the few details I've provided does this price tag sound about right? Any input at all would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

offer $24k.... that price is way too high for the market... you could get a brand new one for about that.... Nismo's (new) are going down to $34k before you even walk in the door....

I have that car right now with every option available and although I don't know what it is worth the girl who sold me my car said that a used dealership sold one for $28,200 with 21k miles on it so I don't know what the market is really doing but you can definitely offer $24k as mezz said and they will probably meet you somewhere in between.

Seems a bit high,

I just got mine brand new 07, for $22,995. Although my Z is a base model, 29k sounds a bit too high for a grand touring, with 19,000 miles

Based on the zip code 77008, an 07 grand touring 6 speed with navi with 19000 miles according to Kelly Blue Book :

Retail Value - 31,775

Private Party - Excellent Condition - 28,160 Good Condition (most used cars fall into this) - 26,635 Fair Condition (Has some rough spots) - 24,435

Trade In Value - Excellent - 24,675 Good - 23,260 Fair - 20,845

If you're buying it from a dealer, you can talk them down to almost what trade in value is. I would expect you to walk out with it about 1,000 more than the trade in value (They need to make a profit)

If you're buying it 3rd party, the 25 - 26 should be about right.

Price may be adjusted due to it being an automatic if it is and also if it is a Roadster.

Don't forget price is based on area, so in different places the Z might be going for cheaper as it has less demand.

Never buy at the beginning of the month. (from a dealer that is)
