Well, I've been looking for a sporty car for a few months now, and Infiniti wasn't really on my radar screen, but I came across the M's and couldn't pass on such a fine car.

I bought an '07 M 35 base with the Journey/NAV and I couldn't be happier. I found a black/black combination after alot of looking around the country. Thanks to the lousy economy, I think I got the deal of the year- mint condition, certified, accident free, new tires, 27k miles, and not a ding anywhere-- $23k plus tax and license here in California.

My only minor gripes:

* Standard Bose system is not very good.* 6th gear would sure be nice on the freeway.* NAV disc says it's from 2003, a 7.0 version.

I would love to fill the wheel wells with bigger rims, but after reading many posts on here, it seems that the 20's that look good are very expensive. Is there a good way to go about getting the 19" factory sport wheels? My standard 18" silver wheels just seem a little plain to me.

Overall, this is the most well built car I've ever owned. Solid as a rock. It drives like a BMW-- excellent steering feedback. I'm glad I found Infiniti.

Excellent choice....I too joined the M35 bandwagon a month and a half ago scoring a 2007 M35X with Nav. I'm a long time Honda / Acura guy so this has been quite a bit of change for me. I have to say that I'm quite happy. My biggest gripe is lack of 6th gear too, but I love the ability to pass at will without a downshift. Enjoy. Happy Holidays.

The M is a well built car from the ground up. I couldnt be any happier with my M45 sport. Its the perfect blend between sporty and luxury even though the sport is leaning towards the sporty side due to the sport turned suspension, 19inch wheels with summer tires, rear active steer and the blacked out headlights. Technology wise the car is amazing. Very great car to drive especially if you got the 4.5 liter v8. Cant be any happier with it lol

I just took off my 19 inch sport wheels for my winter tires and wheels. I looked and a replacement wheel was $746! That seems very steep to me.

I am seriously thinking about going with a 20 inch rim when summer comes. In that event I would sell off my set of 19 inch sport rims and tires to help offset the cost. I don't know what a fair price would be though. Make me an offer!
