Finally finished installing my performance clutch. I’ve been testing it and at last I can get to full boost without having clutch slippage.

Now I’d like to take the car to a dyno not only to see how much hp and torque it’s making, but also to see the AFR’s and see if I’m running lean at any RPM's or boost levels. (I am running the FMU setup, so I can’t do anything about it if I am, but at least I’ll know what’s going on and avoid popping the engine)

The only thing I’m worried about is that I don’t have any of my O2 sensors plugged in. I broke one and the other does not have a bung to go into yet.

Are these needed for them to determine if the car is running rich or lean?

The dyno usually has a sensor that slips in the end of your tail pipe, but your car needs the o2 input to run correctly so get that s*** fixed

Does it make a difference that I have my egr pipe capped off?

I thought that having the O2 sensors unplugged just causes an open-loop setting. Sorry for my ignorance, but is it bad to ride the car like that? (my car is far from stock, I've messed with the engine so much that the ECU doesn't even know what brand it is anymore...lol )

Yes, your car won't run as good as it could with the o2 sensors unplugged.

Not for ecu that pipe is an emmisions thing.

regardless of what your car thinks it is nissan, ford, chevy, honda, it need that o2 sensor input to run correctly, you NEED to get that fixed BEFORE you take it to the dyno.

Great. Thank you all for clearing that up for me.
