ive done quite a bit of searching and have come up with some general information but not exactly what im looking for. im doing a five speed swap in about two weeks and after that im putting my full attention to boosting my ka. the motor runs Flawless, 80,000 miles and no burning or leaking of any kind. im not totaly educated with forced induction but i know the concept of how it works. i guess what im looking for is a parts list of everything needed to turbo my ka. my budget will be about $ 1500-2000 price range. the car will be a daily driver except for the winter when it gets put away, so i would like it to retain its reliability. my other question is do you guys recommend replacing the stock internals with more beefier components even if im not putting out huge numbers? my goal would be between the 300-350 hp but like i said id like it to retain its daily driver reliability. thanks alot for your help try not to flame on me too hard i did search

from what im gathering for my build, you can do 7-8psi safely on stock internals with a GOOODDD tune, notice the GOOD. and youre safe on stock internals up to ~270hp i believe. and with 1200-2000 you can get a nice kit together.

so far ive spent 700 for my kit(sr t25, fmic+piping, bov, fuel pump, sr 370cc injectors) , and will be spending 280 for a e-mance tune.

hopefully that gives you an idea!
