So, it's not coming out of Cali but Oregon instead.

The Governor of Oregon probably has a neighbor that has a civic with a fart cannon on it and he's probablty pissed.

Who knows. Between this and Cali trying to crush all old cars will mess up a whole industry

I had missed that one. Now that the Prez has stated his direction to expand state-mandated EPA-style capabilities I feel the proclaimers of Global Warming are going to try and push more and more of these restrictions and pet-projects down everyone's throats. This is all just the tip of the iceberg I'm afraid.

Doesn't Washington State have laws on the books where you can be fined for modifying your car?

Cali does unless the parts are CARB certified. This goes way past that to the point that any aftermarket non-oem part is illegal.

What other countries in the world have a small limited government? Time to jump ship and GTFO of the US! I'm seriously tired of government hovering over people's shoulders constantly elaborating to us what is best for everyone.
