First Start. High Idle. Need Some Help Please.

So my 180's head gasket went so i took everything apart and the head gasket was ripped apart. So now i just finished putting everything back together on the new gasket and when i started it, it runs decent besides the high idle.

It's idling at 2500 RPM and i can't find out what it is. Can someone give me some help and any suggestions on this. Also i believe it might be my base idle and i don't know how to adjust it on this motor so if someone could let me know.
