First setting on windshield wipers and radio wont work??? Whats wrong?!??!?

I was on my way to work the other day when i went to turn on my radio and nothing happened..... Also , my 1st setting on my windshield wipers doesnt work???? Ive checked all the fuses (besides relays , i dont know how??) and all of them work except one and its a good fuse... i even replaced the fuse to make sure ..... it the second one up from the bottom on the right side (the fuse box on the driver side inside the car) these are the only things i have found thats being affected by whatever this is....... also , the other settings on the windshield wipers work....its just the first setting...... i dont know whats up??? HELP ME PLEASE?!?!?! Thank you for your time

did u also pull the factory radio to check that fuse? my factory had one plugged in back there...

1st setting, meaning the intermittent wipers?u may also want to check the timing control unit for a blown part on the printed circuit board.

it's a white box that's hidden behind the plastic kick panel. u gotta remove the plastic door sill panel to remove the kick panel. carefully unplug/ pry the white box open & do a visual.

it should be as noticeable as a blown fuse.

there's other things to check, but i'm guessing its that or shorted wire(s)
