i had my first race yesterday. a buddy of mine in a '94 accord 5speed rolled up next to me and revved. i wiped the road w/ his ***. i beat him BAAAAAAAAAAAAD. my car's an auto also. he doesn't have any performance mods. he has cheap projectors (one already broke), clean corners, altezza's, vtec stickers, and cheap coilovers off ebay. anyway, when the light turned green, i mashed it to the floor, and glanced over and saw him spinnin a little. so i got him on the start, then he tried to shift into (out of all of them to screw up) 2nd, and grinded his gears pretty bad. so he clutched it again and threw it in. by this time i was more than a bus length ahead of him. we got to our turn, so i threw my finger out the moonroof. he laughed. we got to our stop, and he just hung his head in shame. well, thats kill #1!!!!

Some guy in a Lebaron tried to get me to race tonight at a stoplight. Too bad I had to turn right.

No matter what I'm driving, every red light in my town is a race to 40 mph, every...single....damn...time. It doesn't even matter if it's an old man, they race. This town has the worst ego problems on earth.

lmao matt. i never get linned up right to race. i'm never in front, and when i am, there is either a) traffic in front, or b) a car next to me that won't race. there are so many ricers in town, we just never get to line up.

same thing for me about my town. there are shiitloads of ricers, but when you get to actually get next to them, it ends up bein a dodge neon or something. i bet 3 neon ricers in one night once. that was the worst night i ever had. i had no gas money. i wasted all my gas on those shiitheads. that was dumb. although one night i felt good when i beat a 95 or so z28. those aren't necessarily fast, and the guy couldn't drive, but come on, i beat a camaro. i thought that was pimped.

i raced a stock 01 civic once, just to humor the guy who owned it. i only raced up to 50 mph (speed limit 45) and waited like 5 seconds for him to catch up. Only other race i had was with a guy with an audi a4 with the 1.8T engine, he was trying to light a cigarette so he missed the green light, i let off at 40, the speed limit, and floored it again when he finally passed me, doing at least 60. i caught him again at redline in 2nd (90mph) and went up to 100, then had to stop for another traffic light. this was on a twisty road with lot's of lights at 4 in the morning, after we had been playing halo since 12.

Nice kill, you should put a tally on your fender whenever you beat a honda...ya know, like the fighter jet pilots do when they shoot down a bogie. j/k, I wouldnt want you to gash your fender everytime you beat a honda cuz in about a week you would have no fender...:D

I raced some chick in a Older Corvette today and I it was like wayy even till about 70 when I started pulling. I pulled by about a hood by 95mph. I could tell when the vette hit 3rd didnt have as much pull. I don't know why the vette was so slow. I know it was at least auto. What was the slowest vette made? It must have been that one. It made me feel good though.

Maybe the vette was running on 3 cylinder.

You mean redline at 3rd at 90mph? Because mine goes up to 60mph in 2nd.

I red line 3rd at about 83mph (maybe that's a bit into the redline) because I finish the 1/4 redlining 3rd and i'm at that speed.

The chick with the vette was racing. It's just not that fast. I don't know what year it is. Well, it's the 70s style. The 70 Vette ran 15.0, 73 ran 15.5, 77 ran 15.5 (they only had 210hp and 255ft lb of torque weighing 3,500. So, ya, I think i'd have a good chance now that i see the stats. But the funny thing is the vette had exhaust.. Maybe the 15.5 stat is with a manual, which would make the auto probably in the 16s. My car is stock, plus I had my girlfriend with me (a whole 100 extra lb). My best run is 16.08. The vette even got a slight jump off the line because I didnt realize she was going to race.

Yeah right Ben. You're gonna kill everything in your path, or at least try. It's ok, you can be honest with us. :D

The big kill list mainly comes from when I had my Turbo Buick and '72 Camaro. Several from the 240 though.

My most memorable kill had to be when my friend and I staged a race with his 97 lumina. lol the looks from the people on the side of the street were great because we both sat there revving and hopping forward and when it turned green we just stopped it and both burned lol He damn near beat me because of his damn traction control lol

i indeed do redline in 2nd gear at 90mph. if i had the jwt chip i could go faster. 3rd gear goes to 155 or 160. i don't drive a 240, i drive a Q45.
