My Dad gave me my 240sx last year and it needs some work, and yesterday I was sold a full Body Kit from a guy who sold his car and never installed the brand knew kit. but he doesnt have the instructions for it, and I could use some help. If anyone has installed a kit and can part with the instructions or can direct me to were I can find them I would be very thankful.

I'm probably one of the few people on this board that just completely despise almost ALL body kits, but I know that if you told which kind of body kit it is, that might help in getting the directions for that specific bodykit. Truthfully I hate to say this, but good luck.

gonna need to know; the year of your car.. Hatchback or NotchbackBrand of bodykit.

and most importantly.. what do you need instructions for??

bumpers come off, new ones go on. Side skirts get bolted. Shouldnt be too hard..

Welcome to NICO we will eat your babies. I think you might be best off to let a shop bolt it on and paint it. That way you don't run around w/ an unpainted kit on your car.

I have a 89 240sx stock a ED type Vader 2 Body kitand I'm looking for instructions for installation of the kit and i'm looking for info on the turn signal running lights that fit the kit. I was Given the car last year by my Dad and I bought the body kit off a guy who is about to be sent to Alaska, (My home State), for just $100. its still in the wrapping that it was shipped in. Any help anyone can give me would be much welcomed.thank you.Techwolf:cool:  :ylsuper

did you ask where the guy bought the kit originally? you might try to contact the company directly for instructions. . .

but most of the time, kits don't really come with instructions. . . it's mainly just taking out all the screws from the OEM pieces and removing them and then reversing the process with the kit. . . shouldn't be too difficult. . .

the only thing i'd suggest is you find a FSM which would point out where all the factory screws are. . . sounds like the s13 front end is a ****** to take off since there are screws everywhere. .

Yeah, there are 24 screws that hold the front bumer on, and then the fenders have 9 or 10 each if i remember correctly, and one or two of them are placed so they are imposible to get to unless you have a 6+ inch socket extender or feel like bending the finder a little to get at them.

And all the screws that hold the fender/bumper seem together are a ***** and a half to get to.
