How do you like your tanabes? It was too quiet for my taste so I slapped on Megan mid pipes and beefier y pipe from my fx35.

You can do a search on YouTube for my car under m35 tanabe to get an idea of the sound. I am pretty sure this was before I slapped on other crap on my car.

Definitely quieter than I wanted...but the look is too nice to pass up. Megan mids and MotorDyne XYZ is next...hopefully that will open it up a bit. In summary, I totally dig the Tanabe Axle-backs.

Yah, I like them as well. Mid pipe will definitely open her up right away. You should start with Mid pip then do Y pipe later.

The order I did my modification was:
1) Lowered - Tein H tech (was perfect for my needs)
2) Window visor
3) Roof and Trunk spoilers
4) Couple of little interior goodies
5) Tanabes
6) Megan Midpipe + FX Y pipe
7) Fujita Intake
8) Volk Racing GT-C 20s
9) Replace trunk spoiler to OEM spoiler.
10) Motordyne 5/16 spacer.

I hope you enjoy your future modification as much as I did. I think I'm done playing with this car for now.

I think you should lower car first before you finish your exhaust.

Hey Zerg,

Def agree with the lowering; I hate the 4x4 look of the front. Question: what did you do for camber alignment : Eibach, Updated bolt or leave camber slightly off?
I'm thinking go with the Eibach in case I get some weird sense I want it lower in the future.

For the rest of the list:
1) 100% agree on the H-techs, since this is the daily driver and my driveway is steep enough as it is...
2) Megan Mids
3) Motordyne XYZ
4) Berks HFC
5) DynoTune
6) 20x8.5/20x10 Wheels (Vossen CV3's, CV4's, or other TBD)

I think I am out of luck on the spacer and Intake due to my engine being the 09+ HR motor - but I'm ok with that :)

I will probably leave it alone after doing all of that and work on the track car next.

Car is looking good. Any other pictures of the spoiler? Is it the OEM one?

Hey Don

It is the OEM one for the 08+ body. I'll post a few more pics in a few days.

If you are thinking about getting one, install is pretty simple if you have patience and are willing to measure, measure, measure and measure again. Drilling holes in a perfectly good trunk is a nail biting, but worth the end result. The OEM one comes with a template and detailed instructions.

If needed ill post the step by step with pics...

Hey Infin,

I will be hitting you up in the future. Do you know if the CV3's come in 20x10? All I see are the 10.5's.

Ya the CV3's come in 20x10 as well. 20x8.5 and 20x9. But if your doing all around this weekend I was going to mock my rear up front and see.
