You'd have to get the software and then have a tuner tune it for you (Some places have it already I think though, I'll do some research)
As for the crank pulley, I have one (Southwest Autoworks), the only thing I noticed is that it doesn't really bog as much with the A/C on. I'm sure it has some minute effect on the numbers, but it's more about removing the rotational mass from the motor, allowing it to work easier. 300 after install is pretty steep, it's really not a hard part to install if you feel like doing it yourself
