My parents have had their first issue with their 2007 Altima, the front passenger side window will no longer roll down (or up, it is down about 1/4 inch).

Has anyone else had this issue? If so, what did the dealer do to fix it?

No it didn't work....gee wizz....you can't be serious....read the post, I said that the FRONT PASSENGER window didn't work. That means that ALL other windows are working fine.

The passenger door has a defective window control switch. A replacement has been ordered by the dealer.

Hey Cowboy,

Next time you have a question, remind me not to try to help. Sarcasm and condescension are not things that I need more of in my life. The suggestion made was entirely reasonable, even if it didn't in fact address the problem.

I think you have directed you remarks at the wrong place. I don't see how the first comment back to me can be considered anything except sarcastic.

Also, I see you have a staggering 10 POSTS on the site....so I see how well you contribute. I posed a simple question about a new model car in an attempt to determine if it was an isolated event.

I have contributed to the knowledge base that is this forum by asking a question for others to read and determine a possible course of action. "Gee, my car is doing that as well...this guy got it fixed at the dealer by changing the Window Switch."

"Check your window lock" could not be taken seriously as I pointed out that there was only one window involved.

If anyone has done a disservice to this thread it is you by interjecting your rant.

Perhaps you should read your own responses and see which of us is ranting. It's not hard to figure out.
