First gear problem?

Couple days ago trans. won't go into the gears easily. I had shift it hardly. After i got off the freeway it was find. Today it was hard to get it into first gear. Its fine if the car not on but drive it i had to shove it in hard. I had an trans. repair job in November and replace the clutch and the flexplate and the ball pin screw (didn't do the throwout bearing). The clutch pedal still soft but good enough to drive. Any thoughts on what on problem can be?

sounds like your syncro is off or something like that, i would take it back to the

shop you got it fixed since its only been a couple of months
